Seneca Place is a new construction housing project on Thomas Street in the Austinburg neighborhood.The purpose of the Seneca Place project is to help spur revitalization in the Austinburg neighborhood as well as bring affordable, new housing options for homebuyers.
The Seneca Place project is currently in its first phase. The housing goal for this phase is 20+ new units. The Center has built the first four homes for this phase. We are looking for qualified quality homebuyers.

Because the Center has decided to build this type of homes, all of the houses built at Seneca Place are very energy efficient and are at least energy-star rated. One of the newest homes built at this site is LEED-certified Gold.
